The given name of L-ION is Ion Ioseba, born in spain in 1985. He has been drawn to arts, music and dance as well as interpretation art. At the age of 8 he participated and his first music project with a childs group of his birth city „CHISPAS“ – with whom he recorded 3 CDs and went on a tour of various concerts throughout spain. Throughout his adolescence he had been taking theater classes of the company „TELON DE AZUCAR“ including classes of interpretation art. From the age of 16 to 19 he once again worked in the field of music with the orchesters „GALILEA, MUSICAL LUNA Y SUEÑOS DE BOHEMIA as a singer and dancer. During the following 6 years, Ion dedicated to travelling to various countries to get to know different cultures and people, living hundres of adventures which formed L-ION. During these times, he was a bit off the artistic world, simply taking several acrobatic aerial classes on Ibiza and contemporary dance in Granada.
2007: At the age of 22, he collaborated with „LA FURA DELS BAUS“, based at „PRIVILEDGE IBIZA“ for 5 month, performig aerial and dance as well as shows on the ground.
2010: With 25 years of age, hand in hand with „MAX FLAME“ with the company „PHOENIX IMPACT“ on Ibiza, Ion started acting in fireshows again – for private events and locations such as „BAY BAR“ and „KANYA“ on the island of IBIZA.
2011: With 26, Ion started to study at the school of intuition and life „EIVIDA“ on IBIZA. This school originally comes from HOLLAND and has its roots in CALIFORNIA. The initial classes of this school are addressed to artists. Through different steps and exercises you learn how to bring your real energy back to your body and take conscience of the „I AM“ on stage, make your presence stronger and, like this, give strength to the personality. The classes had gained popularity through the school oft the CLOWS called „ERIC DE BON“ and „ENKARNA DE LA HERAS“ created the home of this school of energy on the island. Having started a couple of studies there clearly marked a before and after in the personal and professional evolution of ION – not only having learned many things to put into the artistic world but also into the spiritual path or something not material which accompanies all of us.
2012: At the age of 27, Ion, who now started to call himself officially L-ION, started to work with the company „SHOW DESIGN“ as an actor and dancer, performing a theater show for all the elegant hotels oft he island of IBIZA while also alternating with FIRE SHOWS in various clubs and bars. Moreover he started to work with the company „PARTY PLANET“ creating decorations for parties and animating on STILTS on municipal and childrens parties. Also, he started to act on private events in places like „ATZARO“.
2013: With 28 years of age, L-ION spread his artistic and professional wings and started working with more companies based on the island, creating and improving personal and professional in his shows and creations. He started working for companies like „THE MINX FX“, collaborating in projects such as „ZOO PROJECT“, „CHANNEL ZOO“ and other types of events and private parties, LED SHOWS, STILT WALKACTS etc., also with „ZENERGY FIRE FLAMES“ doing fireshows. Moreover, L-ION started to work in „PRIVILEDGE IBZA“ for a party called „EL ROW14“ as a stilt walker animating guests. He collaborated as a performer in „LA OPERA DE ARMIN, LA CENICIENTA“ in the congress hall of SANTA EULALIA DES RIU on IBIZA. At the end of 2013 he went on a tour in Morocco together with the company „THE MINX FX“, in the hotel „LOTUS PRIVILEGUE“ in MARRAKECH to be exact.
2014: Being now 29 years old, he founded the company „UTOPIA“ and associated with this artistic partner CAROLINE BLOT. Together they got known for their romantic fire show for weddings and started working more and more for all kinds of companies for parties and events, doing FIRESHOWS, STILT WALKACTS, LED SHOWS and many more. Moreover, L-ION started working together with the company „EVIDANCE“ at places like „HOTEL GARBI“. He worked together with the theater companies „DIAGONAL IBIZA“ and „COLECTIVO 1114“, performing theater acts and STILT WALKACTS. In that particular year he started working with the company and agency „KRISTAL SHOWS IBIZA“ as well.
2015: Now being 30 years old, L-ION returned to working international outside of spain, meeting JAGO, a german artist, with whom he connected and started to travel and create together. Getting to know JAGO was a very important step in the growth and carreer of L-ION, as he could upgrade and level up in literally every personal and professional way. At the beginning oft he year, the two artists started performing their FIRE and ACROBATIC show in „MARBELA BEACH RESORT“ in GOA, INDIA. When being back in europe, a new age of journeys started and L-ION continued working with all the companies stated above, doing THEATER and FIRE PERFORMANCES but putting his focus mainly on the CREATION OF COSTUMES and new CHARACTERS for all those shows. Continuing working with CAROLINE BLOT in „UTOPIA“, a work-collaboration with the comany „PARADDAX“ started on the island, showing LED SHOWS with the newest technology in programmable LED tools. At the same time he started working with more companies in central europe such as „SPICE SHOW PRODUCTIONS“, „IMAGINE SHOW PROMOTION“, „DRAGONFIRE“ or „MOVING FIRE ARTS“ and, with JAGO (with whom he started creating various theme shows) on IBIZA, GERMANY and BELGIUM.
2016: In this year, the union „JAGO & L-ION“ grew stronger and the artists participated in bigger show creations with other artists both on Ibiza and international; for instance the project „ACROBATIC LOVE“ together with the company „ACROBATI-K ESPECTACUOS“ or participating in the ritual and ceremony of the „HEALING DAY“ in Atzaro, thanks to „INMOTION“ and the circus cabaret „CIRCOLAR TEJIENDO UN SUEÑO“, a fund raising event for a circus tent for Ibiza and its kids. Even though their energy throughout that year was demanded in other parts of life, they won the price for the best fire- and stage show at a street art festival called „BAMBERG ZAUBERT“ in germany. They also performed in more international places like „LENZURG“ in swiss or „BODO“ in norway. In that year, JAGO & L-ION started working more often with the agency and company „BOOK A STREET ARTIST“ as well as others such as „WALKING BRANDS“.
L-ION started working closer with ACROBATI-K ESPECTACULOS in „HEART IBIZA“ in two different parties called „BOOGIE IN WONDERLAND“ and „SUBMISION“.
Definately, L-ION is an audi-visuals artist who is always seeking, like a foto compilation and videos of his professional path, throughout the time and growth, changes and tendencies. Through the physical arts, the voice and the movement, he shows his inner world and concerns while connecting and learning and utilizing his shows or creations in an alchemistic or healing way for himself or his surrounding.
